Abstract

Kanker merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian secara global. Pasien kanker sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk gangguan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) dalam menangani permasalahan psikosisial pada pasien kanker, salah satunya kanker mamae. Studi ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan systematic review menggunakan beberapa database, seperti ProQuest dan ScienceDirect. Analisis artikel dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode PRISMA. Hasil Dari hasil penelaahan, terdapat 5 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria dan menggunakan metode Randomized Controlled Trial. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa terapi perilaku kognitif, baik dalam bentuk standar maupun yang disesuaikan, terbukti efektif dalam membantu pasien kanker Mamae mengatasi gangguan psikososial, termasuk depresi, stres, kecemasan, dan gangguan tidur. Selain itu, kombinasi terapi ini dengan pendekatan lain, seperti hipnoterapi dan pemanfaatan teknologi, memiliki potensi yang menjanjikan untuk intervensi psikososial. Tenaga kesehatan terutama perawat disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan Cognitive Behavior Therapy sebagai bagian dari perawatan komprehensif bagi pasien kanker yang mengalami gangguan psikososial.
