Abstract

Transformasi digital berpotensi memperkuat promosi kesehatan melalui integrasi teknologi dalam pelayanan rumah sakit. Namun, bukti mengenai peran ekosistem kesehatan digital dalam mendukung promosi kesehatan pada layanan yang berpusat pada pasien masih terbatas, khususnya di rumah sakit daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sebanyak 300 pasien di ruang rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Gunung Maria Tomohon dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menilai implementasi ekosistem kesehatan digital berada pada kategori optimal (62.7%), pelayanan berpusat pada pasien berada pada kategori berorientasi pasien (65.3%), dan penguatan promosi kesehatan berada pada kategori optimal (67.3%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara ekosistem kesehatan digital dengan penguatan promosi kesehatan (χ²=28.64; p<0.001). Responden yang menilai implementasi ekosistem kesehatan digital optimal memiliki peluang 2.12 kali lebih besar untuk memperoleh promosi kesehatan yang optimal dibandingkan responden yang menilai implementasi digital kurang optimal (OR=2.12; 95% CI: 1.89–5.63). Patient-centered care juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan penguatan promosi kesehatan (χ²=29.67; p<0.001). Responden yang menilai perawatan berpusat pada pasien memiliki peluang 3.32 kali lebih besar untuk memperoleh promosi kesehatan yang optimal dibandingkan responden yang menilai perawatan kurang berpusat pada pasien (OR=2.12; 95% CI: (1.82–5.15). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ekosistem kesehatan digital dan pelayanan berpusat pada pasien memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat promosi kesehatan. Optimalisasi integrasi transformasi digital dan layanan yang berpusat pada pasien diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas promosi kesehatan serta mutu pelayanan rumah sakit.
